Wharton Pain Scale

 The Wharton Pain Scale is the first comprehensive and universal pain measurement device. By being benchmark based, patient-focused, and cross-disciplinary the Wharton Pain Scale allows for clear communication about pain: utilizing a six-step scale starting at zero and ending at five. For Caregivers

To chart with existing systems such as Epic simply make a notation that you are using the Wharton Pain Scale and select 0 to 5 as you would normally on a 0 to 10 scale.
